Refund policy

All Botanical Blends products are made using natural ingredients and are hand-blended to order in small batches.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, as well as the variability of natural ingredients we are unable to accept returns on any item that has been opened or used.

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us in advance to receive return instructions. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
